A late fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) will be applied to all monthly assessments that are not received by the tenth of the month. Any late fee not paid by the last day of the month that it is due will result in an additional late fee of another twenty dollars ($20) for a total of forty dollars ($40) in late fees for that month. Payments mailed to the Crofton Perdue office must be mailed by the tenth of the month regardless of the postmark date to be considered on time.

Fee
Trash pickup is on Mondays and performed by Waste Management. All residents should have a rolling tote for garbage and two recycling bins. Please place receptacles outside no earlier than 4:00 PM on Sundays and remove in a timely manner after pick-up. Receptacles should be stored inside your garage when not out for pick-up.

If you have a bulky item, Waste Management asks you to give them a call (888) 898-9239 so they can plan properly for the large item pick-up. Bulky items include:
Mattresses & Box Springs
Bed Frames
Cabinets
Sofa & Furniture Items
Other items too large to fit into your regular container
Do you have an item that cannot be put in the regular trash or recycling (paint, electronics, CFL light bulbs... just to name a few)? Did you know about the Rochester Eco Park? Click here to learn more about disposing/recycling items that are not taken by the trash service.

Plowing begins when 3.0" of snow has accumulated over 50% of the asphalt
surfaces of the property.
If you should have a concern or question regarding plowing please call
Crofton Perdue at 248-3840.
