These fees are due upon receipt but there is a “grace period” of 30 days (the end of the calendar month) before they are considered “delinquent”. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period (e.g. January 31) a $25 late fee is applied. If payment is not received by the end of the following month (e.g. February 28) an additional $25 late fee will be assessed and continue for each succeeding month.
No bills are sent out, please remember to pay on time to avoid penalty. The best way to do this is the FREE ACH/direct debit form below.

surfaces of the property.
