Payments received after the 15th of the month at the
Crofton Perdue office will incur a late fee of 10%.
Late fees begin 3/15/2025 - no late fees the first 2-months of transition

Trash and recycling is a homeowner
responsibility. Trash bins may be put out by 5pm the night before & returned not visible from the street the next day.
Mowing for common areas adjacent
to the ponds is Monday.
