We had Tommy here on Thursday to do the things we had put in a request to be done.

First, I just want to say he was WONDERFUL!! He was so polite, considerate and a great worker.

When he was here he recommended that we replace the kitchen faucet and not just the rinse hose. We agreed I would purchase the new faucet this weekend and ask that he come back this week to replace it. I would really like him to do this since he was here and knows what needs to be done. He noted this on the paperwork as well.

Again, we can't speak highly enough about Tommy and are so glad that our HOA has made this service available.

The work order was to clear downspouts only, but Tommy suggested all the gutters should really be cleaned out so he did them all. He talked to the homeowner and told him what he did, and that he did a great job!!

determine why my hard wired smoke detector wasn’t working. I’ve had 2 electricians look at this problem to no avail. I really appreciate Rory’s perseverance in figuring out why my smoke detector wasn’t working and fixing it.
